Project Experience
Prestige Office Complex
SSA was hired to design a 16,000 square foot 2 story office building in 2000. The client was very pleased with the previous work and wanted a very similar building making a pair. We consider it a high compliment when the client likes an architect’s work so much that he wants another one just like the last so we did almost the same thing. The interior design is different but the exteriors are almost identical. Ken Small has done most if not all of the interior tenant improvements in the building as ongoing tenants have come and gone.

SSA has a great deal of experience in designing projects compliant with the various regulations including the (ADA) Americans with Disabilities Act. We also have extensive training in excess of that which is customarily found in an architects office. We recently completed multiple extensive construction projects for the Housing Authority of the City of Las Vegas and Clark County Housing Authority doing ADA and other disability regulated corrections. These were done under 504 and a VCA between HACLV and federal agencies. This was a HUD compliance project. The architectural contract included four separate construction contracts. Two construction contracts containing 12 separate sites were and other work was done. this experience is incorporated into all of our work.
